​​Rhys recently performed the role of Tamino in Carshalton Opera's production of The Magic Flute.

Rhys appeared as tenor soloist with the Eagle Choir in a performance of Lloyd Webber's Requiem.

Rhys recently sang in Opera Rara's concert performance of Puccini's 'Le Villi' at The Royal Festival Hall with the London Philharmonic Orchestra.

Rhys Bowden is a full lyric operatic tenor based in London. After studying for a degree in music at Girton College, Cambridge, Rhys joined the Royal Academy of Music on the postgraduate course in vocal studies from which he graduated in 2009 with distinction. He has performed a variety of operatic roles and sung with several distinguished companies including Wexford Festival Opera, Scottish Opera, Opera Holland Park, Longborough Opera, Nevill Holt Opera, Opera Rara and Opera de Bauge.
